At Sistaco, we want you to love your manicure; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure that products are in their original packaging and meet our safety hygiene standards for beauty products.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your Sistaco items in their original box, ensuring all mineral pots and applicators are tightly sealed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
